Global telecommunications giant, ZTE enters Indian Market with six smartphone models and four 3G datacards.
ZTE Corp, has finally entered into the Indian smartphone market by launching its flagship device Grand X Quad Lite. Their premium phone is the ZTE Grand X which comes with a 1.2 GHz quad core processor. It has 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal memory. The external memory can be extended upto 32GB. Grand X Quad Lite is a mid ranged smart phone which is priced at Rs. 14.999/-.
The ZTE Grand X Quad Lite features a 5-inch qHD display supporting a resolution of 540×960 pixels and has a pixel density of 220 PPI. It supports dual-SIM functionality with one supporting 3G and the other supporting 2G. This phone runs on latest Android Jelly Bean 4.2 OS. This phone is equipped with1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB RAM. It has 4GB internal storage which can be expanded to 32GB with a microSD card. It also has a 5.0-megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera.
The device supports connectivity throughWi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G and Wi-Fi tethering. The device is backed by a 2,500mAh battery.
Speaking on the launch, Xu Dejun, CEO of ZTE India, said,
“We are optimistic on our marketing and channel spends and looking at strengthening the brand from all fronts. Our distribution and sales structure is backed by a strong network of 214 service centres across the country.”
The ZTE Grand X Quad Lite smartphone will not hit the stores immediately, but will be available in the coming few days.
