Micromax expands its Ninja line-up with the introduction of new Smartphone Ninja 4. The new device namedMicromax A87 is an Android Smartphone that delivers an enriched mobile experience. Last week, the Indian handset maker Micromax gave a strong competition to other players with the new Micromax A57 Ninja 3. This time, we believe the heat-metre will shoot high with the entry of Ninja 4 in the market. It seems that Micromax is now ready for the tough battle with the leading players like Samsung, LG and HTC. In fact, the company is preparing the devices to counter the models from other players. For instance, the Micromax A57 Ninja 3 is the perfectly armored to contend Samsung Galaxy Y that was selling like hot cakes in the market. Like wise, the new Micromax Ninja 4 carry some improvements to compete with Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos and the Smartphones of that range.
The new Micromax A87 Ninja 4 boasts a 4-inch Capacitive touchscreen display with multi-touch input method. The device features an 2Megapixel camera on the rear panel. The device runs on Android OS v2.3.5 Gingerbread and carries a powerful 1Ghz processor. Apart from the internal device memory, the external memory slot will support MicroSD card up to 32GB. Micromax A87 comes with standard connectivity options like Bluetooth, WiFi, MicroUSB etc. Above this, it has a 3G HSDPA connectivity up to 7.2Mbps downlink and 5.76Mbps uplink and A-GPS Navigation. The device architecture is very slim and the smartphone looks very handy. The home screen interface was slightly improvised than the regular Android / Ninja UI. The device front panel hosts three Capacitive touch buttons instead of hard-key buttons. This, we can consider as a sign of Android ICS update in the future. The new Micromax A87 will be available in three colors full black, full white and the combination of Black and white.
