Hey guys dis phone rocks with sleek design and sleek metal finish but battery backup is below average and camera quality is not too good pics are grainy and all that stuff.I would recommend to solve the battery problem by applying bl-5c battery .bl 4c is recommended but bl5c fits with some effort and increases battery life by 40% .Headphones music quality rockzz the phone is value for money but you can check out 3120 classic it is much better with low cost

All is ok Nokia has done good job but wile concentrating on other sides of 6300 nokia forgot the main thing thats battery stand by time..they should work on it for some other reson

I just needed a secondary phone for myself that was within 10k, and picked up the Nokia 6300 on someone's recommendation. Honestly, I don't know how anyone can EVER recommend a phone like this! It's been just a couple of days since I bought this phone, and believe me, it's one of the worst phones I've had till date. I've been a loyal Nokia fan with 'n' num of N series in my kitty, but this one's disappointed me the most! This phone got its features alright, but what good is any feature if you see your battery level dropping in no time? And yes, I'm talking about the very FIRST day of using this phone! Just a few calls that lasted around 10 minutes each! I'm amazed at how impractical some phones are, and with such an impulsive buy, I'm beginning to question my own sense of practicality now!

I use this phone for the last 18 months.To be frank let me say the only issue which I face is the battery backup.Poor battery backup always makes me in trouble.

It's a nice phone,am using it for the past 1 year.However i face some problems with the Phone: 1. It gets switched off during dual calls 2. Battery backup is always a problem. 3. Much chances to got scrathes on the screen. 4. Video quality is not much good as compared with same mega pixel cameras.

- Excellent design, an absolute eye-candy
- PATHETIC camera, grainy pictures at night time and low light, poor video recording
- VERY BAD battery backup.
- Other features can be done without mention, they are usual excellent Nokia feautures.

Hey buddies, This is an excellent phone for the money you pay. The look is great, quite executive. It's really slim and the camera resolution is also very good. Just the volume of the sound is a little less. Battery back-up is ok. you dont expect a slim high color resolution mutimedia set to have a battery to generate loads of power, isn't it. The net connectivity is too good. I have used motorola and Sony sets. The net connectivity and usage is really great.

Hey Guyzz !!! This is one of the best phone I have used till date for the price you pay for it. The look is quite executive. The phone is very slim and easy to carry. The camera resolution is also better than other phones. (Atleat much better than N-76, which has a lot of green noise when pics taken in night). This phone is having EDGE so the net connectivity and speed is awesome. Just compare the net speed with a normal GPRS phone and u will know the difference. So if u are going for a decent good looking phone with good feature in this price range, this is really a good option.
