Terms & Conditions

1) To get an assured gift, the customer must purchase at least one of  the following LG GSM Mobile from  ‘The MobileStore’ outlets within the specified promotion period. The models which are available under this offer are :

    • 2) On purchase of select LG mobile, the customer will be given an assured gift

    3) In addition to the assured gift, the customer can also participate in the SMS based contest & get a chance to win the BUMPER PRIZE – Hyundai Santro Car

    4) To participate in the SMS contest, Customer needs to Type TMS space <NAME>  space <15 digit  IMEI number> Example :TMS Rajesh 323234087990067

    5) The promotion is for a limited period and begins on 26th April 2008 -“Promotion Period.

    6) There would be only one  winner of the Promotion who will be entitled to a Hyundai Santro Zing GL Model.

    7) Winner will need to carry the following proof during redemption of the Hyundai Santro Car (Here with referred to as the ‘Car’).
  •   Original invoice
  •   Identity Proof such as Pan Card, Driving License etc.

    • 8) The MobileStore has the right to click & publish the photographs of  the winner as The MobileStore may deem fit in its discretion.

    9) The MobileStore will entertain no requests for exchange or cash in lieu of the Car. The Car shall not be transferable / redeemable against any other service offered by The MobileStore.

    10) All taxes including income tax payable on the Car shall be borne and paid by the winner and upon payment of such taxes by the winner, the Car shall be handed over to the winners.

    11) Disputes with regard to the Contest, if any, will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

    12) Winner would be required to pay for the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicable for the Car. As per Section 194 B of the Income Tax Act 1961, tax at the rate 33.99% will have to be borne and paid by the winner.

    13) Information regarding the car to be won and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By participating, participants accept these conditions as well as the rules, regulations and requirements set out in the promotional material.

    14) Entry is open only for purchases made from The MobileStore outlets during the period of the promotion, by participants aged 18 and above. This promotion is subject to the laws of India, and is offered only in India and no where else. Directors and employees of The MobileStore & its authorised agencies, and of the sponsors associated with this promotion, and the immediate families of all such persons, are not entitled to participate in this promotion.

    15) If a winning entry or the winner are deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry the entry will be disqualified.  The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
