Store Manager
The incumbent should be a graduate with excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and good handset knowledge. The years of experience required are 3-4 years in the retail/telecom sector. In addition, the candidate should also have a prior exposure in cash handling, stock/inventory management and handling teams.
Technical Officer
The incumbent would be reporting to Store Manager / City In-charge and the technical and functional knowledge required are: Data transfer, Computer MS Office expertise, Functional & operational Knowledge of Mobile handsets, Opening / closing & repairing skill set, Good in technical diagnosis, knowledge of component fixing, Basic knowledge of software upgrade.
Sales Associates
The incumbent should be a graduate with excellent communication skills and a flair for sales. The years of experience required are 0-2 years.
Duty Managers
The incumbent should be a graduate with excellent communication skills, handsets knowledge and a flair for sales. The years of experience required are 1-2 years in the retail/telecom sector.
Assistant Manager - Finance
The incumbent would be reporting to DGM -Finance and the key accountability areas would be Banking relationship, Banking operation and reporting, Treasury management. Preferred candidate profile would be MBA/CA with exposure in Retail or Telecom industry. She should be good in Excel, word and PowerPoint. Only female candidates need to apply.
Executive - Finance
The incumbent would be reporting to Deputy Manager -Finance and the key accountability areas would be Invoice booking and Vendor payment, Vendor reconciliation and creditor management, Accounting & Provisioning. Preferred candidate profile would be a Commerce graduate with Knowledge of SAP (FICO & MM) is must, should be good in Excel, word and PowerPoint.
Manager - PR & Events
The incumbent would be reporting to JGM - Marketing and the key accountability areas would be Company & Brand Reputation Management, Media Relations and Events Management. Preferred candidate profile would be MBA or Masters in Mass Communications with 5-7 years of experience.
Corporate Sales Lead
The key accountability areas would be Sales, Operator Management and competition Mapping. Preferred candidate profile would be MBA in Marketing with 5-7 years of experience.
AM - Customer Service
The incumbent would be reporting to Manager - Customer Service and the key accountability areas would be Quality of service delivery in-store, Customer satisfaction at the stores, Managing multiple outsourced agencies, Drive continuous service process improvement. Preferred candidate profile would be MBA in Marketing with 2-3 years of experience.
Manager - Field Marketing
The key challenges for the incumbent would be to ensure the marketing support for a timely Roll out of all planned stores in all cities, to ensure consistent activity in every city to ensure footfalls at every store and to create high awareness/ visibility and awareness for the stores and Brand though all Field Marketing initiatives. Preferred candidate profile would be MBA in Marketing with 5-7 years of experience.
Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Training
The incumbent would be reporting to Manager - Training/Head - Training and the key performance areas would be Training throughput in new hire training, Increment of sales, Conversion ratio post refresher training, Visit Stores & facilitate selling & training need analysis for at least five days/month and Content Development.
