PRE-BOOKING for Samsung S8 & S8 Plus Terms & Conditions:

  • The pre-booking offer shall be available from 19th April, 2017 to 4th May, 2017.
  • Pre-booking of the Device can be done by both Online and Offline i.e by visiting our website www.themobilestore.in or by visit any nearest store of The Mobilestore Limited.
  • Selling Price of the handset will be inclusive of all taxes.
  • Customer needs to make a payment of INR 2000/- during 19th April to 4th May 2017 towards the pre-booking amount and the balance amount to be paid at the time of dispatch, before delivery confirmation.
  • The pre-booking will be done for Samsung S8 and Samsung S8Plus models and not for any specific colors. While the customer’s color preference is taken, the final delivery would be basis the availability of color options.
  • Pre-booking amount is Non-Refundable. In case customer doesn’t take delivery of the booked handset within 7 days of the launch, the deposited amount will be forfeited.
  • In case TMS is unable to supply or dispatch the booked handset within 7 days of the launch in the respective city, customer has the option of taking refund of the booking amount or taking an EGV (not applicable on Samsung S8 & S8+ Black variant)
  • Samsung S8 & S8+ Black variant shall only be delivered after 12th MAY ’17
  • Customers can get same day delivery on the day of launch, valid only in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi (excluding NCR), Kolkata, Ahemdabad
  • Above (8th & 9th) is valid only on first come first serve basis, till the stock lasts.
  • Once the customer pre-books the Device he/she will receive notifications vide SMS / email confirming their order both from TMS.in & Samsung.
  • In case the customer wants to gift the phone to someone then it is important to enter the details of the person to whom he/she is gifting the Samsung S8/S8+ under Shipping Address.
  • Remote Shipping may take 5-7 business days, depending upon the geographical location of the customer, where the Device has to be delivered.
  • Shipping of the Device will be subject to availability of stocks.
  • Handset would be dispatched / delivered only after the full Payment confirmation.
  • The Device will be dispatched / delivered on or after the day of launch, depending on when the device is launched in a particular city, and the customer will be notified about the same. The pre-booking is city specific and the delivery promise is dependent on the launch of the device by the brand in that particular city.
  • By doing the pre booking, it would be deemed that the customer has given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this pre-booking.

  • TMS reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the prebook option or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
  • Under no circumstances shall TMS and/or its directors, employees, officers be held liable for any part of this pre-booking.
  • TMS does not hold any warranty or make any representations of the warranty, quality or suitability of the product purchased by the customer, which solely lies with the respective brand / manufacturer of the product.
  • Only one handset can be pre-booked against one mobile number. For activating the Device, the customer has to use the same mobile number with which the pre-booking was done. All customers should have registered with the same mobile number for a minimum period of 3 (there) days from the date of inserting the SIM in the first SIM slot for the first time.
  • Pre-booking offer will be applicable only on the Phone Number as given during the pre-booking. The same phone number/SIM to be inserted in Galaxy S8/S8+ to avail the pre-booking offer as per Samsung’s terms and conditions. In case of any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, misconstruction or misconception etc of Samsung’s terms and conditions TMS shall not be responsible and hence could not be held liable to entertain any difference and dispute. Customers are advised and requested to read Samsung’s terms and conditions before claiming Pre-booking Offer i.e. Free Gift.

Procees to avail pre-book offer:
  1. After pre-booking customer will have to purchase and activate the Device by way of making the payment through credit card, debit card, net-banking or cash or any other mode of payment acceptable at the Outlet by 8th May 2017. Customer is also required to on-board any debit or credit card (of participating banks)/Paytm/TMS/UPI on Samsung Pay on or before 8th May, 2017.
  2. If the transaction (i.e. purchase & activation of the Device and on-boarding to Samsung Pay) is not complete on or before 8th May 2017 your transaction shall stand cancel and customer will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer and no claims shall be entertained in this regard against Samsung or its partners/dealers.

On-boarding process to Samsung Pay:
  1. Activate Samsung Pay App and register with Samsung account. Customer should ensure to use the same email id which they have entered / registered while Pre-booking the Device.
  2. Customer need to register atleast one (01) debit or credit card (out of the list of participating banks as detailed in Annexure A) or one (01) Paytm account or UPI account under Samsung Pay App.
  3. The above process should be completed on or before 8th May, 2017.

Sign Up Process for the Pre-Book Offer:
  1. After completing the above steps, open the Samsung Pay App and click on promotion panel to join the promotion from where customers will be directed to the promotion introduction page.
  2. On the said page, customer need to “Agree” for the T&Cs.
  3. After the card/Paytm/UPI registration, as mentioned above, customer will receive the “Free Wireless Charger” coupon code which they can redeem on the Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store) as per the instructions mentioned therein.
  4. The redemption process as mentioned above shall be completed on or before 31st May 2017, failing which customers gift will stand forfeited and customer will not be eligible anymore for the same. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
  5. The shipping of Free Wireless Charger will happen within 90 days from the date of placement if order on Samsung Shop.
